I love unraveling a mystery.

pull on every loose thread you find. Eudoria (Enola Holmes, Part 2)

I love unraveling a good mystery.

When I was a kid, I loved to read. Actually, I still do. I attended the same elementary school for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. (Fun fact, I had the same teacher, Mr. Ross, for 4th & 5th grade. He was a fantastic teacher, he had our backs but didn't take any nonsense and he was fair.)

Before I finished 4th grade, the library had to start bringing in books from the middle school library for me to borrow because I had read everything in our library.

I got a lot of personal pan pizzas. Does anyone else remember the personal pan pizzas for reading books?

I just had to go look it up. It's called the Book It program. I also had to make a to-do task for myself to sign my oldest son up for the program. Yay for resources for homeschoolers plus who doesn't love free pizza 😂.

Tobias is going to love it, he loves pizza 🍕. Most days it's his favorite. Although the other day at the dentist's office, she asked him what his favorite food was.

Broccoli. 🥦

The kid said broccoli.

I made him broccoli that night (because it was legit what was on the menu for that night) and told him he had to eat it all because he told her it was his favorite 😂.

He ate it all that night.

But hasn't chosen broccoli as our veggie for dinner since then.

Anyway. Back to the point of all of this. I love unraveling a good mystery. Whether it is a suspense novel, a broken process, or a dysfunctional process.

I will just keep tugging the thread and digging until I find the answer, the solution.

This works for me when I am working with a business to streamline operations or fix problems. I can track down and isolate the breakdown in the process causing issues. I can then identify what needs to be done to fix the process. To ensure the issue doesn't happen again and to ensure things are running as smoothly as possible.

✨Sometimes it may be a new tool needs to be implemented.
✨Sometimes it may be additional training is needed.
✨Sometimes it may be revamping the SOP (standard operating procedure).

Whatever the issue is and whatever the solution may be, I can find it because of my preoccupation with pulling those threads and unraveling the mystery.
